We have a very simple employment philosophy: recruit the best.
This doesn't always mean the person with the highest grades or perfect skill set for the job. Rather, we look to recruit people with personality, potential and practical skills.
If we employ you, we're making an investment that we're prepared to support 110%. That's not an empty promise.
We believe life is about balance. It's about enjoying yourself as well as working hard.
Staff at Eys value the environment of learning, achievement and individual worth that we've deliberately nurtured. Our people come to work every day because they want to, not because they have to.
The Eys recruitment process is quite possibly unique, involving three separate interviews. It is designed to test not only general suitability for the role, but also the fit with potential colleagues and the culture within Eys.
All candidates submitting CVs to Eys will go through an initial screening process to determine if a first interview is warranted.
From this stage, successful candidates from the first interview phase progress to a technical interview. At that point, completion of an application for employment form will be requested.
The final interview is a peer review where a group of your potential colleagues determine if you are a suitable 'fit' for the team, remembering that personality is as much a deciding factor as practical skills. If the peer review team recommend selection, reference checks will then be undertaken and the manager will make a final decision on hiring.
From that point a formal offer is usually made.
